I recently received my new dentures and I’m absolutely over the moon with them. They look so natural, and I can’t praise Mr Graham Loader and his wonderful assistant Jemma highly enough. The whole team at Kilmarnock Dental Care was outstanding from start to finish.

Before my first appointment, I had a genuine fear of dentists due to past experiences — rushed visits, feeling judged, and never being made comfortable. I was in tears at the thought of going, convinced nothing could be done with my teeth. But at that very first appointment, Mr Loader calmly gave me options I never even knew were possible. His patience, kindness, and genuine care changed everything. As time went on, he truly turned those terrified tears into a smile.

What meant so much was how both he and Jemma listened. Not just to the dental side of things, but to me as a person. They treated me with kindness, patience, and respect every step of the way. You’re never rushed, never made to feel embarrassed, and never made to feel “less than”. They make you feel welcomed and valued from the moment you walk in.

Kilmarnock Dental Care made me feel just as important as anyone else walking through the door — something I never experienced in NHS clinics before. I felt comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for.

My dentist was very caring and gentle and explained what he was going to do next. I had to have three fillings in one tooth and it's the first time I hardly felt the injection. My dentist was brilliant, thank you.
